At the time, as I recall the DA had a list of various meditations and exercises we were expected to do, my training under James was largely focused on introspection and building better self discipline.

It is good to see you again, when I had first joined this forum I had been one of them who had joined your NSOD program. You seem different than I recall. I am happy for you that you seem to be in a better place.
